RETURNS If you need to return books you must email us at returns@jewishrusssianboks.com with your order number, and you will receive a return id number. We will not accept any returns without prior authorization.  The return policy of JewishRussianBooks.com must meet the following: • Any book(s) returned must be in new condition. • There may be no stamps, marks, stickers, etc., in / on the books. • Book(s) must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date. • The remittance or shipping copy of the original invoice must be included with your returned book(s). • Customer is responsible for return postage / shipping. • A restocking fee of $3.00 per book will be charged. If the above requirements are met, then the book(s) may be shipped back to us for credit or refund. If the book is defective or damaged, they must be returned within 30 days for credit or replacement.In this instance, shipping will be paid by us. There will be no restocking fee.
